Welcome to the Privacy Policy for Color Orbit ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in relation to our Android mobile application Color Orbit(the "App"), published on Google Play Store under the package name com.kamalkhan.colororbit.

Color Orbit is a completely offline game that does not require an internet connection to function. The App is designed to operate entirely on your device without any server-side communication.

Color Orbit does not collect, store, process, or transmit any personal or non-personal information. Specifically, the App does NOT collect:

• Personal information (name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information)
• Account or login credentials (no account creation or login is required)
• Location data (GPS, network-based location, or any other location information)
• Contact information from your device
• Health or fitness information
• Financial information (credit card, bank account, or payment data)
• Call logs, SMS messages, or any communication data
• Device identifiers, Advertising ID, or hardware identifiers
• Usage analytics, crash reports, or diagnostics data
• Photos, videos, or media files from your device
• Browsing history or search history

Since Color Orbit is a fully offline game, there is no mechanism for data to be sent to any server, cloud service, or third party. All game data (such as scores and settings) is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Color Orbit is designed to operate with minimal to no device permissions. The App does NOT request or use the following permissions:

• Camera permission
• Microphone or audio recording permission
• Location access (fine or coarse)
• Contacts or address book access
• SMS or messaging permission
• Call logs or phone state access
• Storage access for reading external files
• Calendar access
• Bluetooth or NFC access
• Background location or activity recognition

The App only uses the basic permissions that are automatically granted to all Android applications and are necessary for the game to display on your screen and function properly.

Color Orbit does NOT integrate, use, or communicate with any third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Analytics or any analytics platform
• Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, or any other Firebase service)
• Advertisement networks or ad SDKs (Google AdMob, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, etc.)
• Social media SDKs or login providers
• Cloud storage services (Google Drive, AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Third-party tracking or attribution services
• Push notification services
• In-app purchase or billing services
• Any other external API or web service

Since no third-party services are integrated, no data is shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third party through the use of this App.

Color Orbit does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since the App does not collect, store, or transmit any data, it is safe for users of all ages.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable children's privacy laws. Parents and guardians can rest assured that their children's information is not being collected or shared by this App.

Since Color Orbit does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers, there is no risk of data breaches or unauthorized access to your personal information through our App.

Any game-related data (such as high scores or game settings) is stored locally on your device using the standard Android storage mechanisms. This data remains on your device and is accessible only to the App. If you uninstall the App, all locally stored game data will be permanently deleted from your device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
